FRENCH VINAIGRETTE

INGREDIENTS:

• ¼ cup Herbes de Provence Olive Oil

• ¼ cup Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

• 2 tablespoons shallots, finely chopped

• ½ -1 tablespoon local honey

• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

• Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients. Enjoy over your favorite salad greens.
