INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup EVOO of your choice
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon local honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients with immersion blender or in a food processor.
