BLUEBERRY BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE





INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar

  • ¼ cup EVOO of your choice

  • 1 small clove garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

  • 1 tablespoon local honey

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients with immersion blender or in a food processor.
