Kale
Sundried Tomatoes
Red Onion (sliced really thin)
Dried Figs
Walnuts
Block Feta
Quinoa
Blackened Chicken
CITRUS VINAIGRETTE
1 small shallot, finely chopped
3/4 cup Super Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Rosé Vinegar
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1/4 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Toss ingredients for salad together.
Whisk together dressing ingredients. Toss over salad.
